About Us
Rooted in Purpose, Built on Community
Royal SocieTEA Collaborative was founded on the belief that every community member deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered to flourish.
Our Story
Where It All Began
Royal SocieTEA Collaborative was born from a simple but profound conviction: that the act of gathering — of sitting together, sharing tea, and truly listening — has the power to transform communities.
Founded in Wilmington, Delaware, our organization grew from grassroots conversations among community members who recognized both the deep needs and the extraordinary potential within their neighborhoods. What began as intimate gatherings at 2501 N Market Street evolved into a structured nonprofit committed to lasting, systemic impact.
Today, Royal SocieTEA Collaborative operates seventeen programs spanning education, empowerment, wellness, advocacy, and community — each one a direct response to what our community has told us it needs most.
