Each program is a deliberate expression of our five pillars — designed to meet community members where they are and walk alongside them toward where they are going.

Community Tea Circles

Community

Facilitated gatherings that build trust, dialogue, and authentic connection across diverse community members. Rooted in the tradition of coming together over tea, these circles create safe, intentional spaces for honest conversation and mutual understanding.

Open to all community members. Sessions held monthly.

Leadership Academy

Empowerment

A structured multi-week development program cultivating the next generation of community leaders. Participants gain skills in communication, strategic thinking, civic engagement, and servant leadership through workshops, mentorship, and real-world projects.

Applications accepted quarterly. Open to adults 18+.

Youth Empowerment Initiative

Education

Mentorship, workshops, and resources designed to inspire and equip young people ages 13–24. From academic support to career exploration, this initiative invests in the full potential of Delaware's next generation.

Open to youth ages 13–24. Year-round enrollment.

Wellness & Wholeness Series

Wellness

Holistic wellness programming addressing mental, physical, and emotional health. Sessions include guided wellness workshops, mental health awareness events, movement classes, and access to community health resources.

Open to all. Monthly series with drop-in and registered options.

Advocacy & Civic Engagement

Advocacy

Equipping community members to participate actively in civic life and policy conversations. From voter registration drives to policy education workshops, this program amplifies underrepresented voices in the halls of decision-making.

Open to all adults. Ongoing programming throughout the year.

Entrepreneurship & Economic Empowerment

Empowerment

Supporting aspiring entrepreneurs with training, mentorship, and access to resources. Participants receive business development coaching, financial literacy education, and connections to funding opportunities and professional networks.

Applications accepted twice yearly. Open to adults 18+.

Cultural Arts & Expression

Community

Celebrating heritage and creativity through arts programming, cultural showcases, and community events. This program honors the richness of our community's diverse backgrounds and creates platforms for artistic voices to be heard.

Open to all ages. Seasonal programming and annual showcase.

Family Strengthening Program

Wellness

Resources and support systems that strengthen family bonds and household stability. Programming includes parenting workshops, family counseling referrals, financial wellness education, and community support networks for families navigating challenges.

Open to families. Ongoing enrollment with quarterly cohorts.

Senior Dignity & Connection

Community

Programs honoring and engaging our senior community members with dignity, purpose, and joy. From social gatherings to technology literacy workshops and intergenerational mentorship, this program ensures our elders remain connected and celebrated.

Open to adults 60+. Monthly programming with transportation support.

Education Access Initiative

Education

Removing barriers to educational opportunity through scholarships, tutoring, academic coaching, and college preparation guidance. This initiative ensures that financial or systemic barriers do not determine the limits of a young person's future.

Open to students K–12 and college-bound youth. Year-round support.

Collaborative Partnerships Network

Advocacy

Building strategic alliances with organizations, businesses, and institutions that share our mission and values. Through intentional partnerships, we multiply our collective impact and ensure no community need goes unaddressed.

Open to organizations and community stakeholders. Ongoing.

Music & Healing Arts Program

Wellness

Harnessing the transformative power of music and the healing arts to nurture emotional well-being, self-expression, and community connection. From group music circles and songwriting workshops to instrument instruction and performance opportunities, this program uses creative expression as a pathway to healing, resilience, and joy — for all ages and all skill levels.

Open to all ages. No musical experience required. Sessions held weekly.

Robotics & STEM Innovation

Education

Inspiring the next generation of innovators, engineers, and problem-solvers through hands-on robotics and STEM programming. Participants build, code, and compete while developing critical thinking, teamwork, and technical skills that open doors to careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Open to youth ages 10–24. Cohort-based enrollment with year-round workshops.

Financial Literacy & Wealth Building

Empowerment

Equipping community members with the knowledge and tools to build lasting financial stability. Topics include budgeting, saving, credit management, investing, homeownership pathways, and generational wealth strategies — delivered through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and peer learning circles.

Open to adults 18+. Ongoing workshops with individual coaching available.

Community Library & Literacy Initiative

Education

Expanding access to books, learning resources, and literacy support for community members of all ages. From early childhood reading programs and free book distributions to adult literacy coaching and a community lending library, this initiative ensures that the love of learning is never out of reach.

Open to all ages. Drop-in and registered programming available.

Mental Health & Emotional Wellness

Wellness

Reducing stigma and expanding access to mental health support through education, community conversations, and connections to professional resources. Programming includes mental health awareness workshops, peer support groups, stress management tools, and guided referrals to licensed counselors and therapists.

Open to all. Confidential peer support groups held weekly. Referrals available year-round.

Etiquette, Workplace Empowerment & Suited for Success

Empowerment

A three-part program designed to equip community members with the grace, confidence, and professional tools needed to thrive in any environment. The Etiquette component covers social and dining etiquette, professional communication, and personal conduct. Workplace Empowerment addresses navigating professional environments, understanding workplace rights, building healthy work relationships, and advancing with intention. Suited for Success is our job readiness closet — providing interview-appropriate and professional attire at no cost, ensuring that every participant can show up to their next opportunity looking and feeling their best.

Open to youth and adults. Etiquette workshops offered seasonally. Job readiness closet open by appointment. Located at 2501 N Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19802.
